ROC navy and marine troops are ambushed by a secret team from The Philippines. In merely a few hours, all of them are held hostage.
Their only hope rests on four people wandering on the beach, including two loser soldiers, a resident female marine biologist, and a marine sniper.

Left in isolation, these four people have to hold the ground, rescue the troop, and unveil political conspiracies behind this attack. In the process, they will also find values and honor behind military services. Everything happens within 16 hours on a faraway island named Taiping.
